The meeting in O Sheas Rotterdam (30-08-2009) was one not to be forgotten. The turnout was the biggest of all meetings to date. Around noon we gathered in the port at O'Shea's, where we had a separate room for the meeting. We filled the room draped with flags, scarves, pennants, etc. and we could set up our own music. ...

The history of the Lowland Lions began after Joris van de Wier opened a page on Hyves for Dutch Celtic supporters. The total number of members increased more and more and at this moment’s got almost one hundred people with a sympathy for The Bhoys. In the early days there was already hope that the hyve page would be the beginning of an official Dutch Celtic supporters’club. ...
